Food Rheology and Quality Assurance
We focus on two key areas: the quantification of texture through food rheology measurements based on customer needs, and the management of food safety and quality assurance for our products. Our measurements primarily examine polished rice, cooked rice, noodles, and desserts, while our management efforts extend to both commercial and general processed foods. Our goal is to deliver new value to our customers through these initiatives.
