In March 2015, we became a proud member of the ITOCHU Group, representing a renowned rice wholesaler in the Kansai region. Our “Tawara Mark” brand has gained widespread recognition among consumers, particularly in major retail stores.
As people increasingly prioritize food safety and security, we are dedicated to delivering even safer and more reliable products through rigorous quality control. Moving forward, we will strive to expand our operations, focusing on the Kansai region, in collaboration with ITOCHU Food Sales and Marketing Co., Ltd.
Takaragen founded in 1971, it has been a manufacturer primarily focused on the production and sale of formulations, primarily carrageenan and other polysaccharide thickener.
Leveraging its formulation design capabilities cultivated over many years and its in-house manufacturing system, we provides products that contribute to adding value to food products by improving texture, stabilizing quality, and extending shelf life.
